Our Gym

At our one-on-one training sessions, we will be the only two using the gym facilities. That means no queuing for equipment and no feeling self conscious – just the space and advice you need.
The gym facilities are modern, safe, clean and women-only and include free weights and resistance machines, perfect to help you tone, stretch and strengthen both mind and body.
